Your Tasks:

• First point of contact for IT services in First-Level Support
• Handling service requests in First-Level Support
• Working with a ticket software in close collaboration with the ERP Support team
• Providing support in hardware, software, and IT-related matters
• Collaborating with the Second Level Support
• Analyzing and assisting in developing new standard solutions
• Creating and maintaining documentation

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training in the IT field
• Experience in Helpdesk/User Support is desirable
• Good technical understanding of hardware and software
• Solid operating system knowledge
• Strong team player with high service orientation
• Good communication skills, dedicated, and able to work independently
• Possession of a valid driver's license
• AdA certificate according to AEVO
