    What you will do

    • Work together with a team of project managers in a newly created unit (LPM) and successfully position this central unit within the firm
    • Collaborate interdisciplinary with our lawyers and the OC Legal Tech & Innovation Unit
    • Rethink and establish processes, develop efficient, mandate-oriented products in legal advice
    • Manage complex M&A transactions, take on project and budget responsibility, and proactively initiate measures for project success while considering potential risks
    • Develop best practices, standards, and guidelines in different teams
    • Handle communication & efficient coordination with internal and external stakeholders while keeping their interests and legal requirements in mind

    Your profile

    • Relevant experience in project management or as a Project/Transaction Lawyer in a Professional Service Firm, consulting environment, or legal department
    • Completed studies in Law/Business Economics or equivalent experience in a relevant field
    • Enjoy finding practical solutions for client issues in a legally challenging environment
    • Proactive and respectful communication with colleagues and clients
    • Team-oriented, pragmatic, and solution-focused personality
    • Analytical, flexible, and innovative approach to complex issues with attention to detail
    • High tech affinity and curiosity for current topics
    • Excellent German and English language skills
