    We are responsible for the customer John Deere at the Zweibrücken site and Daimler in the field of logistics at the Wörth am Rhein site - and that's where you come in

    Human Resource Business Partner (m/f/d) full-time

    You'll be a good fit for us if you...

    • Have successfully completed a degree in business administration or comparable, ideally with a focus on human resources, or have comparable know-how based on many years of professional experience with adequate additional qualifications
    • Have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
    • You bring very good German and English in spoken and written
    • Have very good knowledge of Success Factor, Time & Attendance System, MS Office and good knowledge of current information technologies
    • Love independent work as well as interest in and enjoyment of solid teamwork
    • Discretion, loyalty and a sense of responsibility as well as flexibility and reliability are part of your skills
    • A structured, careful and independent way of working is a matter of course for you

    And these tasks are waiting for you:

    • You will be responsible for the entire HR site management at the two locations in Zweibrücken and Wörth am Rhein
    • You will support our location management in the organization and implementation of job and contract interviews.
    • You will also contribute your creativity and experience to various area-related projects.
    • Maintaining contact with employment agencies, personnel service providers and educational institutions is just as much a part of your tasks as participating in and planning recruiting events
    • You will proactively communicate and report with both internal and external partners, including applicants
    • You ensure an excellent candidate experience and continuously improve our recruiting process
    • Together with our payroll provider, you will take care of the monthly payroll for the locations, together with one HR assistant per location
    • You work in a spirit of trust with the local works council
    • You will work in close collaboration with the Operations Department
    • You will send regular reports to Corporate HR in the USA
