- From day 1 you will be the HR contact person for the region EUROPE and work closely with international HR colleagues on Recruiting and Development
- You will be responsible for Recruiting in the entire life cycle: from the job description to the offer, you will accompany the Regional Head Office positions to be filled
- You will also look after the Talent Development scope and support the implementation, management and development of talent management and development programs and processes
- You keep up to date with the best practices and legal background on Talent Recruiting and Development and adapt our strategies accordingly
- You already have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of Recruiting and Development – preferably in an international environment
- You have successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business or psychology
- You enjoy dealing with people and like to communicate in English, German is considered as a plus
- You have very good user knowledge of the common MS Office programs
- You are a team player, show initiative and want to contribute ideas
- You are adaptable and responsible and keep a cool head even in stressful situations You don't meet every single one of the requirements mentioned and you are not our "purple squirrel"? Never mind
