Tasks:

• Participate in consultancy projects focusing on the Life Sciences sector, particularly Pharma and MedTech
• Assist top management in developing and executing corporate strategies, digital transformation, and process optimization
• Contribute to acquiring and advancing innovative consultancy projects
• Build external ecosystem and develop strategic papers

Qualifications:

• Degree in economics, pharmacy, natural sciences, medicine, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in strategy consultancy or healthcare
• Expertise in strategy development, business model innovation, operations, and more
• Passion for new trends and technologies
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Client-focused, results-oriented, structured, and professional
• Strong communication, teamwork, and empathy skills
• Fluency in German and English
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
