    The Team:


    The Global Benefits Team is a group of experts focusing on Wellbeing and Benefits for our colleagues worldwide, supporting 40+ countries.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage benefits administration, renewals, and day-to-day operations
    • Support benefits programs, researching and implementing plans, managing competitive benefits in the EMEA region
    • Act as a subject matter expert for benefits inquiries, provide guidance to business units
    • Collaborate with vendors, local leadership, HR partners to offer top-notch benefits and service
    • Support EMEA benefits projects, including communication creation for benefits
    • Develop and maintain policies to educate employees about the company's benefits programs
    • Work from the office two days a week

    What We're Looking For:

    • Minimum 2 years of benefits experience
    • Proficient in English, knowledge of German or French is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Experience with benefits plans and regulatory requirements
    • Project management skills, ability to engage with stakeholders
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; Workday knowledge is beneficial
    • Self-driven, team player, detail-oriented, proactive
    • Positive and flexible mindset
