- Responsible for the information flow between the Notified Body DNV MEDCERT and all subcontractors
- Supporting coordination activities whenever external auditors are involved in the conformity assessment
- Controlling the use of subcontractors while developing and applying relevant process KPIs
- Escalation management incl. management of countermeasures in the event of project deviations
- Managing Audit documentation in our production system as well as Non-Conformity Management
- Ensuring that invoices from the external auditors (hours/costs) are properly managed
- Managing process improvements regarding the use of subcontrators in Europe.

- A completed (. technical) degree or any life science background
- Teamplayer with problem solving attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a structured manner
- Ability and interest to work within an IT environment
- Good Language skills in German and English
