Your central role:

Drive the performance channels forward with your technical expertise

Design & implementation of online sales strategies, channel development and campaigns for ERGO brands incl. ERGO Direkt - national & international, in cooperation with industry experts

Support of ICC & Munich Re in online/performance marketing, also on site in countries such as India & Austria

Project/sub-project management (e.g. sales planning, e-mail marketing in the "hybrid customer" project)

Creation of decision templates & rough concepts, coordination for tests & introduction of new online sales approaches at ERGO Direkt & ERGO Group

Development, management & growth of digital partnerships in the online performance channel SEA - incl. contract management

Your profile:

Performance-driven Danish specialist with an entrepreneurial mindset

Several years of expertise in online sales and online marketing, preferably in the financial services sector, based on a successfully completed university degree in economics (specialising in marketing, controlling), business informatics or similar subject areas

Strong sales, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and acting skills

Deeply rooted online affinity and confident handling of web analytics and digital tools

Proven experience in project management, agile development processes (Scrum), paired with a professional and confident demeanour and excellent negotiation skills

Characterised by a high level of motivation, a sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, team spirit and an assertive nature

Willingness to travel nationally and internationally and language skills in Danish
