- Erste Ansprechpartner bei fachlichen Herausforderungen der Mitarbeitenden
- Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden bei ihren Affiliate Aktivitäten
- Konzipierung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von strategischen und operativen Affiliate-Maßnahmen
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Affiliate Marketing Programme
- OutReach Aktivitäten zur Akquise neuer Affiliate-Partner
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung neuer Affiliate-Aktionen und Kampagnen
- Kontinuierliche Erfolgskontrolle und Monitoring aller Maßnahmen
- Auswertung von Aktionen und Erstellung regelmäßiger Kundenreportings und -analysen sowie Präsentationen
- Budgetkontrolle
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Online Marketing bzw. Affiliate-Bereich (idealerweise auf Agenturseite)
- Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und die Fähigkeit, aus Zahlen Strategien abzuleiten
- Stark ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Kundenkommunikation, ein souveränes Auftreten sowie Überzeugungskraft bei Präsentationen
- Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Starke Service und Kundenorientierung
- Teamfähigkeit, ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie Organisationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
