    Senior Manager, Special Projects Global Events, Paris

    Responsibilities

  • Drive collaboration with other subsidiaries of Schneider Electric across AVEVA World, Schneider Global Innovation Summit and Tier 1 third party events such as Hannover Messe and ADIPEC
  • Work as part of event project team on projects such as AVEVA World and IGNITE (AVEVA Company kick off)
  • Support regional marketing teams with set up of AVEVA Days helping to support efficiencies and brand consistency whilst maintaining regional flavour
  • Support the VP Global Events with presentation preparation, research and analytics to support events strategy
  • Manage the Global Events budget ensuring compliance, cost efficiency and accurate reporting
  • Manage the digital experience for AVEVA World to maximise impact and engagement and attract new logos
  • Work closely with Product Management and Event Delivery Team to identify key themes and products to be represented at events
  • Project lead on ad hoc projects as they arise
  • Skills & Qualificiations

  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead highly-matrixed work teams
  • Strong communicator and facilitator with the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and seek win-win solutions
  • Possess a growth mindset looking for new ways to innovate and make processes more efficient
  • Experience working for a large global organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience within events is an advantage
  • Flexibility for international travel and working evening hours and some weekends depending on event schedule
