- Perform services, repairs and maintenance work on the entire Permobil Product Portfolio
- Assess and perform warranty repairs
- Provide solution-based handling of customer requests and manage technical complaints and feedback
- Prepare service quotes and invoices
- Explain the value of Permobil's parts and products to customers and users to promote sales
- Maintain spare parts warehouse, order required spare parts and return them when needed
- Provide assistance via phone and/or in the field for customers/end-users regarding technical issues
- Plan and deliver technical product training both internally and externally
- High school diploma or technical education degree (Electronic, Electrical, or Mechatronic Technician)
- 2 years of experience in the technical service sector
- Driver's license (Category B)
- Detailed spare part and product knowledge
- High technical and practical understanding and good knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering
- Ability to define problems, suggest and adapt solutions, implement solutions (always using the standard solution when possible) and able to describe solutions to key stakeholders

Weare currently looking for a Service Technician to join our team Germanteam responsible for providing after-sales technical support to clients andend-users of all our products in the North of Germany. The role entailsdocumenting activities according to company procedures, as well as supportingthe Service Manager in implementing after-sales services nationwide. Inaddition to that, you will oversee spare parts inventory management, executetechnical support for customers, and maintain associated documentation throughcompany systems.
