- Degree (diploma/master) in physics, chemistry, electrical engineering or equivalent disciplines
- Knowledge and relevant professional experience in realization of fiber draw processes (draw tower and drawing furnace control, polymer coating, drawing of capillary structures) and related equipment (draw tower, coating techniques, gas supply systems, etc.)
- Knowledge and relevant professional experience in fiber preform manufacturing and basic knowledge in fiber lasers would be of advantage.
