Recruiter – Supply Chain

Location: Henstedt-Ulzburg, Germany

Type: Permanent

Schedule: Onsite 2-3 days a week, remote the remainder

Salary: €50k-60k per year (DOE)

Position Summary:

A leading aerospace company is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Recruiter to join our team in Germany. This role is pivotal in driving our mission, vision, and values by executing comprehensive recruiting efforts. You will develop and implement short and long-term recruiting strategies, evaluate job postings, and conduct research on recruitment standards to stay ahead of new trends and opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be identifying and processing material handlers, shipping, and receiving candidates within supply chain operations in Germany, as well as supporting roles across Europe and occasionally in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Activities: Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure high-quality results that align with the company's mission, vision, and values.
• Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using online job boards and tools.
• Recruiting Events: Plan and support recruiting events, manage relationships with external agencies, career fairs, and social media to identify the best hiring solutions.
• Cross-Functional Partnerships: Maintain positive partnerships with internal teams and hiring managers, ensuring recruiting processes are followed throughout the screening, interview, and selection stages.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Influence, consult, and negotiate with stakeholders and candidates to ensure successful matches based on skillsets and job openings.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth screens to assess potential candidates for their level of interest, qualifications, and compensation expectations.
• Marketing and Branding: Use innovative sourcing and branding techniques to engage both active and passive candidates, promoting the company's benefits and compensation packages.
• Diverse Sourcing: Source internal and external resume databases for diverse and qualified candidates.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• 2+ years of related experience in a Recruiter or HR role.
• Experience in corporate and agency recruiting.
• Proven ability to source candidates and manage multiple job requisitions (30+ simultaneously).
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in process-oriented roles and engaging in college and community events.
• Strong relationship-building skills.

Work Environment:

• Located near our Germany location at Henstedt-Ulzburg.
• This role requires being onsite 2-3 days a week, with the remainder working remotely.
• The position will primarily focus on supply chain operations in Germany, with occasional responsibilities across Europe (UK, France, Italy) and Singapore.
