    Position: Projektmanager (m/w/d)

    Verantwortungsbereiche

    • Koordination zwischen Anlaufprojekt und Fachabteilungen
    • Industrialisierung von Prozessen für das Anlaufprojekt
    • Dokumentation und Koordination von Anlaufaktivitäten im Werk
    • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Produktionstests
    • Regelmäßiges Reporting im Projekt und Werk
    • Erstellung von Lastenheften und Unterstützung bei Kapazitätsprüfungen
    • Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und Kunden
    • Überwachung und Visualisierung des Projektstatus
    • Implementierung von Verbesserungssystemen wie Kaizen und 5S

    Anforderungen

    • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium
    • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten
    • Kenntnisse in verschiedenen Fertigungs- und Veredelungsverfahren
    • Erfahrung in Projektmanagement und Qualitätsmanagement
    • Problemlösungskompetenz, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
    • Proaktive und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
    • Entschlussfreudige Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität
