- Konzipieren, Entwickeln und Optimieren von elektronischen Schaltkreisen und Systemen unter Berücksichtigung von kundenspezifischen Anforderungen.
- Erstellung von Prototypen und Durchführung von Tests, um die Funktionalität und Zuverlässigkeit neuer elektronischer Designs zu gewährleisten.
- Erstellung der Dokumentation zur externen Herstellung von Elektronik-Baugruppen (Lastenhefte, Spezifikationen, Bauteilauswahl, Layouts, Schaltpläne, etc.).
- Überprüfung und Freigabe von Leiterplattenbestückungen (PCBAs), Kabeln und Baugruppen.
- Erstellung von Dokumentationen der Entwicklungsprozesse, Designentscheidungen und Testergebnisse.
- Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe.
- Betreuung der Gerätequalifizierung (z.B. EMV-Prüfung) in externen Laboren.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von elektromechanischen Systemen & Embedded Systems
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Design- und Simulationssoftware
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Fehleranalyse und -behebung von elektronischen Komponenten
- Kenntnisse im Antriebsbereich, BLDC, Schrittmotoren sind von Vorteil
- Programmierkenntnisse im Bereich Microcontroller zur Erstellung von Prüfmitteln sind wünschenswert
- Sichere Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten
- Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist für die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Ingenieuren und Fachleuten
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
