Job Title: (Senior) Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in close collaboration with accounting, the financial controller, and the CFO
• Analysis of actual figures and explanation of deviations from the plan, previous year, and forecast
• Creation/preparation of monthly forecasts and annual budget planning including uploading in the consolidation system (Hyperion), in collaboration with the business areas (New Equipment Sales, Service, and Rental)
• Preparation of weekly and monthly statistics and key figures with and for the specialist departments
• Coordination and updating of Hyperion with changes in account structures and the group reporting structure
• Preparation of investment requests (Capex) and application in the corporate internal workflow tool
• Processing of ad-hoc requests from specialist departments and from the European corporate HQ in France
• Project work, e.g., SAP S4 HANA optimization projects

Your profile:

• Business studies focusing on accounting or controlling
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a large corporation
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel (Power User), experience with MS-Access and/or all Business Intelligence Tools advantageous
• Experience in working with Hyperion HFM advantageous
• Experience in working with SAP FI/CO, SAP HANA advantageous
• Experience with/understanding of US GAAP / HGB accounting standards
• Good English and German language skills
• High level of commitment and flexibility
• Independent, solution-oriented work style
• Willingness to take on responsibility
