- Engage in acquiring new customers using modern sales approaches and maintain and proactively expand business relationships with existing customers
- Establish process-oriented customer relationships with the aim of building long-term customer partnerships
- Analyze market potentials and plan sales strategies
- Closely collaborate with Customer Service and jointly develop customer support while continuously improving processes
- Inspire and lead the sales team of our cooperation partners
- Consistently track sales successes based on KPIs and reporting
- Present products and concepts at sales partner meetings
- Successfully completed commercial or technical education/studies
- Several years of sales experience in the motorcycle and/or automotive industry and in field sales with proven sales successes, preferably in the B2B sector
- Strong presentation and communication skills and proficient in MS Office
- Enjoy acquiring new customers
- Great passion for active, personal sales, coupled with strong closing skills
- High degree of self-organization and flexibility
- Basic knowledge of English
- Strategic and independent working style combined with sustainability and consistent reporting
- Experience in dealing with decision-makers and inspiring external partner teams
