In the unique transitional housing facility, "MainWohl - Zentrum für psychische Gesundheit," with 60 living spaces, we support individuals with mental health conditions. Our focus is on providing high-quality educational support in daily structure and personal development. As part of this permanent full-time/part-time position, you will be responsible for advising and supporting residents during a challenging phase of their lives. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will develop solutions and action plans for everyday and crisis situations, assist in daily routines, medical care, and leisure activities, and promote equal participation in society. Through successful relationship-building and educational work, you will support residents' individual growth. Your role also includes valuable networking and cooperation efforts, and you will step in as deputy residential group leader when needed, overseeing the team in the absence of the group leader.
