Quality Assurance Technician at XYZ Company

Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular inspections and measurements of products according to established criteria using inspection plans to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Responsible for monitoring and documenting adherence to process specifications during the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with all requirements and quality standards for product release.
• Ensure all products are traceable to measurement, manufacturing, and incoming goods processes through labeling.
• Report deviations and issues to the production and quality management team using various documents and software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the production and quality management team to identify problems and develop solutions.
• Be able to handle manual measuring devices used for measuring lengths, diameters, widths, depths, etc.

Desired Skills:

• Understand and interpret measurement instructions from API, VAM, Tenaris threads using approved measuring instruments.
• Ability to create programs and solve measurement tasks independently with a 3-D measuring machine.

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training as an industrial tool mechanic, additional qualification as a quality specialist or equivalent.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
