    Role Overview

    • Review and process external heating and cooling cost statements
    • Prepare operating cost statements
    • Point of contact for topics related to ancillary costs
    • Handling objections in close collaboration with the commercial and technical property management
    • Maintain the operating cost benchmark
    • Processing of operating cost relevant documents (e.g. contracts, invoices, notifications)
    • Direct correspondence with clients, service providers, billing and supply companies, as well as tenants

    Your Profile

    • Commercial education preferably in real estate management
    • Great interest in real estate management and operating costs
    • Initial practical experience in ancillary cost billing advantageous
    • Knowledge in accounting advantageous
    • Familiarity with MS-Office applications
    • Enjoy working with numbers
    • Independent, structured way of working as well as organizational skills and teamwork
