    Job Title: Caretaker at a Network of Airlines

    Company: Global Airline Network

    • Provide excellent customer service in a call center environment
    • Assist frequent flying customers with their club program benefits
    • Respond to inbound calls, handle reservations, complaints, and inquiries
    • Document conversations and actions taken during calls
    • Resolve complaints using network procedures
    • Welcome new members and guide them on using program benefits

    Requirements:

    • Flexible to work shifts
    • Strong listening and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize
    • Proficient with computers and customer service software
    • Fluency in Dutch
