- Lead our SEO Strategy: Define, plan, and implement tech, on-page, and off-page SEO measures to continuously increase StackFuel's organic reach. This includes keyword, content, and backlink strategies, as well as tech SEO audits.
- Enhance our Email Communication: Define our CRM strategy, set up, analyze, and optimize email communication with potential StackFuel customers. This involves email nurturing, newsletters, and stand-alone email campaigns, along with managing CRM databases, customer segments, and email templates.
- Boost our Conversion Rate: Analyze the conversion funnel, identify website and CRM bottlenecks, develop optimization measures and hypotheses for A/B tests, and conduct website A/B tests. Optimize the website and email communication based on data, tests, and user survey results.
- Monitor Market Trends and CRO Best Practices: Stay updated on competitors' SEO and email marketing activities, Google algorithm updates, and CRO trends to incorporate them into your SEO, CRO, and CRM strategies.
- Expertise in SEO, CRO, and CRM: Strong knowledge and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in technical SEO, content SEO, conversion rate optimization, and CRM.
- Tool Landscape: Familiarity with SEO and AB testing tools to select and set up the optimal tools. Ideally, experience with Hubspot as a CRM solution.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis tools to derive actionable insights from numbers and tests.
- Copywriting Skills: Ability to create conversion-focused texts, website layouts, and email templates.
- Project Management Expertise: Strong skills in project and stakeholder management.
- Problem-Solving Mentality: Hands-on approach to proactively and creatively tackle challenges.
- Priority Management: Effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- Accountability and Communication Skills: Taking responsibility and excellent communication skills in German and English (C1), along with efficient time management.
