    Develop and implement a Direct sales strategy at the local business unit level that will improve Quadient's competitive position.

    Lead, direct, and control Direct Sales teams so activities meet the organization's business objectives, comply with regulations, and protect the organization's reputation.

    Negotiate terms of sales with major clients to maximize the organization's interests. Establish targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development. Monitor performance of the organization against these goals.

    Liaise with other senior executives across the organization to ensure strategies are integrated with the rest of the business and align with corporate objectives.

    Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of Direct Sales Managers.
