- Co-creating innovative concepts to mobilise the organisation and shape the culture of RWE
- Supporting projects and workshops (preparation, implementation and documentation)
- Creating presentations to prepare for decisions on senior leadership level e.g. the Executive Board
- You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program with an excellent academic record (as a bachelor student, you have completed your first 3 semesters already)
- You were able to gain previous experience from similar activities (e.g. internships, student assistant, project experience) preferably in one of the areas of change, lean, agile, digital / AI or organisational development
- You have high ambitions to familiarize yourself with new topics and customer-oriented questions
- You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working and bring a high degree of conscientiousness coupled with a high level of commitment
- You enjoy working in teams with an open feedback culture
- You have fluent English language skills in spoken and written
- High proficiency in Office 365, Mural and Mentimeter
- Language skills in German
- You have the opportunity to join us for up to 20 hours per week as part of a student activity (up to 38 hours per week in the semester-free periods)
