    Job Description

    We are seeking a Sales Performance Specialist to join our team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both global and local teams regarding sales performance, project management, and data analysis. This individual will play a critical role in driving sales effectiveness and operational efficiency across the organisation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary liaison between global and local sales teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure alignment on sales strategies and objectives.
    • Manage projects related to sales performance, from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and effective execution.
    • Conduct data analysis to identify key trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement in sales processes and performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and local markets to lead projects aimed at optimising sales operations and driving revenue growth.
    • Provide support to regional teams in data analysis, reporting, and insights generation to enable informed decision-making.
    • Utilise intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Tools (Sheets & Slides), SQL, and Salesforce to extract, analyse, and visualise data for reporting and strategic planning purposes.
    • Challenge and refine existing procedures and ways of working to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Build strong relationships with Points of Contact (PoCs) across the organisation to foster collaboration and drive results.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the business to identify improvement opportunities and proactively challenge the status quo.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
    • Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office Suite applications.
    • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
    • Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and driving positive change.
