- Lead and coordinate the Electrical Energy Systems working group (scientific focus, personnel management) currently consisting of 6 team members
- Represent the group and its scientific topics internally and externally
- Develop the content direction of the group
- Acquire, lead, and work on national and international projects as well as direct orders from the industry
- Deliver presentations at conferences, and scientific publications
- Successfully completed university studies in one of the mentioned subject areas
- Scientific experience, ideally proven by a doctorate
- Interest in implementing the energy transition
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: electrical energy technology, technical building equipment, and electromobility
- Experience in management and acquisition of R&D projects is desired
- Independent, responsible, and team- and goal-oriented way of working
- Communication and criticism skills
- Compensation according to TV-L, with a potential classification up to pay group E14
- Annual special payment according to TV-L
