• Supporting R&D Development in the introduction and implementation of project development methods, tools and processes according to ASPICE
• Definition and introduction of process improvements
• Supporting projects in the early phases to identify SIMPLE standards according to project requirements
• Coaching the project teams on process methods and tools
• Working closely with key users and process owners in the PL, PG and at the BG
• Ensuring documentation and measurable results for reports and customer presentations

You will inspire us:

• Completed engineering degree (electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, automotive engineering, physics) or comparable training
• Experience with the software development process
• Experience in training or mentoring colleagues in technical methods
• Experience in software quality assurance / software development
• Experience in embedded SW / SYS development (automotive experience an advantage)
• Initiative, communication skills and a goal-oriented way of working
