• You will independently support and advise our foreign customers and partners on technical issues from our headquarters.
• You will plan and conduct service training for our partners.
• In exceptional cases, you will also support with on-site installations and repairs.
• Completed technical training with knowledge in hydraulics, mechanics, and electronics is preferred.
• Initial professional experience as a service or customer service technician is desirable.
• You have proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
