About the Role

• You will be responsible for preparing sites for heat pump installations, which includes excavation for foundations.
• In close collaboration with our planners, you will ensure the trenching for pipes between the heat pump and the house is properly done.
• You will assist in selecting the appropriate machinery for our construction sites.

What You Should Bring

• You should have completed training as a landscape gardener or similar (foundation construction/road construction, etc.).
• You enjoy working outdoors and mentoring new colleagues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• You are a team player with attention to detail, flexibility, and a passion for optimizing business processes.
