- University'sdegree with several years of relevant HRexperience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading an HR team and HRBusiness Partnering within a large multinational global (forprofit)organization

- Experiencepartnering with Works Council and sound knowledge of German laborlaws, and government requirements; and ability to coachand build these skills with directreports
