Production Logistics Team Lead (m/f/d)

Your enduring scope of work

• Team Leadership: Leading a motivated team of three employees, supporting their professional development, effectively coordinating the regular use of apprentices in logistics.
• Work Organization: Managing and distributing workloads within the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Communication: Serving as the central interface, clarifying matters within the team, across departments, and with external partners through clear and effective communication.
• Warehouse Management: Ensuring optimal and proper storage of materials while considering costs and maintaining workplace safety.

Your solid background

• You hold a Master's in Warehouse Management or have completed a recognized commercial/logistics apprenticeship program lasting at least 3 years, such as Warehouse Clerk, Logistics Specialist, etc. Ideally, you possess relevant work experience for the position.
• Prior leadership experience and the successful completion of the Trainer Aptitude Examination (AEVO).
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software or another ERP system.
• Independent, dedicated, good team player, meticulous in work approach.
