- Accompany employees through their personal change process and support them in defining their future career goals and identifying suitable new external and internal job offers
- Develop application strategies with employees, assist them in creating appealing application documents, review the external and internal job market for suitable positions, and prepare them individually for job interviews
- Identify the strengths and transferable skills of employees to find suitable positions and translate possible qualification needs into targeted training measures
- Strengthen the self-marketing skills of employees to enable better visibility and outreach for suitable job offers on social networks like LinkedIn
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, HR partners, hiring managers, and workers' representatives to facilitate successful job placements
- Seek improvements for our consulting portfolio, collaborating with external partners and labor market representatives to continuously develop creative ideas and tools for accessing employment prospects and transitioning employees to new work
- Work with amazing people in a highly meaningful and agile environment
- You hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- You have relevant work experience in New Placement/Outplacement, Recruiting or Headhunting, Qualification, Career Counseling, Coaching, and/or Adult Education. Alternatively, you come from a specialist function and have gained significant experience in developing employees as a manager.
- You find fulfillment in accompanying individuals through personal change processes, helping them realize their career goals, and finding the perfect match between people and jobs
- You stay up to date on market trends regarding career developments and qualification initiatives, with a good understanding of the dynamics of the German labor market
- You enjoy developing new ideas or creative solutions and inspiring others

- You are results-oriented and evaluate the effectiveness of your placement activities and training measures through data analysis
- You can actively listen, empathize with others and their needs, and communicate solution-oriented with diverse interlocutors, fluently in both German and English

The team "New Placement Consultancy" is the internal center of excellence for career reorientation.
