Your areas of responsibilities:
Cooperation with external Branch-Bookkeeping for the tax assessment and tax reporting in compliance with country regulations, including support in the compilation of transfer pricing related documentationCompilation of Branch office statutory accounts and coordination with external auditors, in cooperation with external Branch bookkeeping Supervision and administration of respective external Branch office bookkeepingCooperation with local advisers to ensure compliance with country regulations, e.g.
for the requirements of local suppliers (e.g. UBO declaration etc.)Front-end administration of Branch office matters within Headoffice (e.g. approval processes)Participation within Branch office related projects from a accounting & tax perspective, to safeguard compliance to country requirements.Your profile of qualification:
Completed (university) studies in the field of Finance & Accounting or similar or a comparable qualification (e.g. certified accountant or similar)Profound knowledge of accounting according to HGB / IFRSGood understanding of Tax Accounting and Compliance requirementsPreferably previous experience within international company groups Very good knowledge of SAPAttitude towards continuous improvement as well as analytical and structured thinkingA high degree of independence, diligence and quality awarenessVery good knowledge of German, English and the ability to work in an international teamWorking from home possible by arrangement
