- Troubleshooting test equipment and non-conforming parts to analyse deviations.
- Support in equipment factory acceptance tests and installation in new factories.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to execute test parameters, produce test documentation, troubleshoot, and perform quality assurance procedures.
- Assess and provide feedback to the design team to ensure we have feasible and efficient designs using tools such as DFT, DFM, and PFMEA workshops.
- Ensure technicians can carry out test activities that require manual operations, providing shop floor support during the production ramp-up phase.
- Use CAD tools like CATIA or Siemens NX to support the implementation of the test solutions.
- Working onsite in shifts (early, mid and late) once initiated.

About you
We are looking for a Test Engineer with experience in aerospace/aviation production test and assembly engineering. An enthusiastic and agile team player you will need to demonstrate excellent English language skills.
Hands-on experience using functional test, and end-of-line test equipment is essential, along with a track record of ground testing and system integration within aerospace production.
An engineering degree specializing in Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechanical or physical sciences is preferred.
Requirements analysis, troubleshooting skills, problem-solving expertise, and experience in identifying risk and failure modes are important.
