As part of this part-time position, you will be the deputy responsible for personnel management and planning. Your role involves ensuring the implementation, security, and improvement of the quality of care as well as the in-house quality management system. You will also perform tasks as a nursing professional and care for our day care guests according to the latest nursing standards.

In addition, you will maintain a customer-oriented communication with our clients and their family members. Our housekeeping staff enjoy involving our guests in the preparation of meals, while our care assistants make sure to create a diverse and engaging day for our guests.

Your working hours are from Monday to Friday, between 7.30 am and 5.30 pm, depending on arrangement. No night shifts or weekend duties are required. Please let us know your preferred working hours in your application.
