    Für das Property Management Team in der Region Konstanz wird aktuell ein neuer Technical Property Manager* gesucht.

    DEINE MÖGLICHKEITEN ZUR WEITERENTWICKLUNG:

    • Technische Betreuung eines Gewerbeparks am Bodensee mit ca. m2 in verschiedenen Bauabschnitten und ca. 70 Mietern
    • Vor-Ort-Ansprechpartner an 3 Tagen pro Woche
    • Regelmäßige Inspektion und Objektbegehungen
    • Steuerung von Reparaturen, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
    • Überwachung externer Facility Services im Gebäudemanagement
    • Verhandlung von Verträgen für Wartung, Versorgung und Entsorgung
    • Durchführung und Koordination von Ausschreibungen und Auftragsabwicklungen
    • Erstellung von technischen Reports und Dokumentationen
    • Budgeterstellung und -planung sowie Maßnahmenverfolgung

    DEIN ÜBERZEUGENDES PROFIL:

    • Technische Ausbildung im Immobilienbereich, idealerweise abgeschlossenes Studium
    • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in technischer Immobilienbetreuung
    • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und gute Yardi Kenntnisse
    • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
