- Define, document and explain the solution architecture in accordance with the global strategic and architectural goals of the IAM solution and in adherence to existing architecture patterns and guidelines
- Provide guidance to development during solution design for business requirements
- Define and promote development principles and processes
- Modernize existing implementations and reduce Technical Debt
- Moderate and resolve design conflicts with various stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in an architect or technical lead role
- Knowledge and experience in IAM Platforms
- Experience in IAM and related technologies
- Proficiency in analysis, design, and documentation techniques for architecture
- You enjoy working in a global organization and have experience working with teams in multiple locations and time-zones
