    Informationen für Sie:

    Die Stelle ist ab dem zu besetzen.
    Sie erhalten einen Arbeitsvertrag mit 36 Wochenstunden.
    Die Stelle ist im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung befristet.

    Ihre Aufgaben

    Als Erzieher oder mit einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation sind Sie in unserer heilpädagogischen Tagesstätte für die Betreuung und Förderung von Kindern und Jugendlichen mit besonderem Förderbedarf verantwortlich. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

    • Sie arbeiten in unserer heilpädagogischen Schulgruppe und gestalten den Gruppenalltag aktiv mit
    • wertschätzende Begleitung und Beratung der Kinder und deren Familien
    • Sie planen Freizeitaktivitäten und führen diese durch
    • Berichterstattung und Dokumentation des pädagogischen Prozesses
    • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem multiprofessionellen Team

    Unsere Anforderungen

    Um in unserem Team erfolgreich zu sein, bringen Sie folgende Qualifikationen mit:

    • Abschluss als staatlich anerkannter Erzieher oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
    • Offenheit und Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit den von uns begleiteten Kindern und deren Familien
    • Sie haben Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und gehen empathisch auf sie ein
    • respektvolle Haltung und hohes Einfühlungsvermögen
    • Freude an der Vielfalt des Arbeitsfeldes und der Zusammenarbeit im Team
