    What you'll do

    Our working student will work in an international environment with regional SAP Academy for Customer Success leaders in Middle & Eastern Europe as well as with global program managers.

    Support of SAP Academy for Customer Success Team MEE during their daily business:

    • Preparation, coordination, and strong support of meetings and activities for all three programs (Sales, Customer Success Manager, and Solution Advisory)
    • Preparation of presentations and e-mailings
    • Academy Associates onboarding support from demand planning. recruiting until equipment ordering
    • Academy Associates data maintenance & reporting
    • Research and administrative activities

    Special projects:

    • Collaboration in the execution of Social Media Campaigns
    • Delivering creative learning and activity concepts for our Academy participants and graduates

    What you bring

    • Student at university or university of applied sciences
    • Preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration or similar
    • Computer skills: MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
    • Language skills: fluent in German and English
    • Soft skills: High attention to detail; strong communication skills; organized working style; pro-active; fast-paced, analytical skills
    • Others: Discretion to deal with personal data is an absolute must

    Academy for Customer Success | SAP Careers

    The SAP Academy for Customer Success serves a central role in our vision for SAP to be the most agile, purpose-driven, and inclusive cloud workforce empowered to maximize customer value. It is a 10-month strategic learning and development program for customer-facing field roles. And another 2 years of supporting the Graduates in their roles after the program.

It is a 10-month strategic learning and development program for customer-facing field roles. And another 2 years of supporting the Graduates in their roles after the program.

    The team our Working student will join is responsible for all field-related activities from demand planning and recruiting through year 3 with SAP. They will partner closely with the Academy faculty to ensure close integration of classroom learning with experiential learning during the Market Unit field rotations.

    Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

    This is a SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
