Your Responsibilities:

• Inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hazard alarm systems
• Handling of small orders and commissioning
• Independent support of hazard alarm and video surveillance systems
• Professional analysis and resolution of occurring issues
• Participation in on-call duty

How will you approach your tasks:

As a 'Service Technician in the field of security technology (m/f/d),' you independently plan your daily routine with us. We provide you with modern IT equipment and a fully equipped service vehicle. You are a team player with good communication skills, and working in a service-oriented manner comes naturally to you.

Your Qualifications:

• Completed electrical technical training (preferably in the field of information, telecommunications, communication technology) or several years of comparable professional experience
• Sound knowledge of IT/PC systems
• Experience in service processing of hazard alarm systems (e.g., fire alarm, intrusion alarm, video systems) including regulatory approvals
• Good MS-Office skills

This position is contractually with the Johnson Controls subsidiary TOTAL WALTHER GmbH.
