    At KI professionals, we're looking for a Managing Consultant to drive our consulting initiatives within the mobility sector in Stuttgart. As a Managing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance and you will be responsible for managing a team of skilled Agile Project Managers and Product Owners for our very prominent clients.

    We provide you the portfolio of prominent clients in the mobility sector and you manage their ambitious digital projects to the goal.

    Your main tasks would include guiding teams towards success by utilizing strong leadership skills and implementing Agile methodologies to navigate project complexities and manage multiple stakeholders.

    Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Provide expert-level guidance for our customers in technology trends, digital transformation, and best practices specific to the mobility industry.
    • Bring along a network in the industry or build up your portfolio quickly with our support and your convincing personality.
    • Recognize upselling potential and derive action strategies from it.
    • Understand complex customer challenges and introduce our service portfolio as targeted solutions to the customers.
    • Commit to achieving tangible results and measurable impacts for clients, focusing on value creation and positive outcomes.
    • Lead a team of mid-level agile project managers and product owners and guide them in growing their knowledge and expertise.
    • Ensure that the team is motivated, engaged, and working towards the common goal. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
    • You have a convincing involvement in the hiring process of top talents.
    • Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or comparable; a master ́s in Business Administration or Economics with IT specialization is a plus.
    • 5+ years of proven experience in IT consulting, preferably within the automotive industry.
    • Strong understanding of automotive business processes, challenges, and technology needs.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, coupled with effective communication and presentation skills.
    • Experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and modern project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Atlassian, MS Teams, Zoom, Slack, Miro...)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1) and English (C1)
