We are the top platform for non-professional football in Europe, bringing professional-level experience (news, data, gamification) to a mega-community of over 190 million football players and fans.

We are a startup founded in 2021 in Cologne. Our team consists of smart and ambitious members working at Prematch in our offices in Cologne and Berlin (Marketing & Business Team) or remotely throughout Europe (Tech & Product Team).

Supported by partners like adidas, Krombacher, Flaschenpost, and Scalable Capital, exciting collaborations are in the works. Successful investors such as Ralf Reichert, CEO of ESL, and entrepreneur Verena Pausder are also backing us up.

Top office in Cologne + option to work remotely twice a week

Hours: 40 hours (Full-time)
Responsibilities: Social Media, Platform Content
Fast, easy, and transparent application process

For this role, your tasks include:

Supporting our Marketing Team in planning and producing engaging video content for our Social Media Accounts, Prematch Platform, and Brand Partnerships
Bringing basic video editing experience, showing successful film projects in a personal or professional context
Collaborating with influential Creators to produce video footage based on your briefings, transforming them into creative and entertaining content
Demonstrating high self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and organizational skills to quickly take on responsibilities and drive projects forward
Being a true team player, growing with the team on new and exciting tasks, willing to go the extra mile to achieve set goals

Your responsibilities also include:

Experience with video editing programs like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, CapCut, or similar
Organizing and planning existing and new Social Media/Platform content
Coordinating and utilizing our Prematch Creator Pool for content creation
Community Management and engagement on our Social Media channels
Knowledge or willingness to learn about current football projects in the Creator environment
Football is your passion; you know what interests football fans

Requirements

Studying Marketing/Film/Business/Sports Management or a related field
Determined to reach milestones with your team
Ready to take on responsibilities and strive to grow quickly
Able to work independently and solve problems efficiently
Seeking in-depth insights into the marketing processes of one of Europe's fastest-growing sports startups
Fluent in German and proficient in English
