- Senior Advisor (w/m/d) - Verhandlungsmanagement / Commercial / Pricing wirst Du bei uns mit einem abgeschlossenen Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Rechtswissenschaften.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Einkaufs- oder Vertriebsabteilung eines mittelständischen bis großen Unternehmens mit.
- Du hast eigenständig größere und komplexe Verhandlungen geleitet und vorbereitet.
- Erfahrung im Bereich Verhandlungstrainings ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
- Idealerweise hast Du Erfahrung in der Beschaffung von Professional Services oder kennst die Consulting Branche gut.
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten zeichnen Dich aus.
- Dein Auftreten ist selbstbewusst und kompetent.
- Du bringst Reisebereitschaft mit. Dein Profil
- Du bereitest wichtige Verhandlungen mit dem:r Mandant:in bezüglich der Ausarbeitung von Verhandlungstechnik und -strategie vor.
- Als Commercial Verantwortliche:r führst Du die Verhandlungen mit Mandant:innen in Begleitung der Fachteams.
- Du unterstützt unser Leadership bei kommerziellen Fragestellungen und nutzt unsere Data & Analytics, um relevante Entscheidungen zu treffen.
- Als Senior Advisor kannst Du zu den Bereichen Pricing, Verhandlung und Konfliktlösung Lösungsansätze erarbeiten.
- Du koordinierst für Deine Projekte unser internes Commercial Team um eine optimale Verhandlungsvorbereitung zu garantieren.
- Du unterstützt die Nachbereitung von Verhandlungen und sammelst Best Practices.
- Du führst Commercial Quick Checks bei mittelgroßen Aufträgen durch.
- Die Prüfung der Angebote auf festgelegte Pricing-Grundsätze fällt ebenfalls in Deinen Aufgabenbereich.
