    Your mission

  • Own the eSIM technical interface with specific global customers & influence requirements and specifications
  • Provide in-depth eSIM pre-sales support to the Sales, Customer/VLA Customer including analysis of eSIM requirements
  • Project management within BAP process with writing and implementing of the technical specifications using dedicated internal tools and processes
  • Post-sale support to customes with in depth technical analysis and troubleshooting
  • Animate, Educate & Support the network of technical consultants acting on the local accounts of big company groups
  • Ensure feedback to the corporate product marketing, R&D & technical teams on technical features required by the customer
  • Assist the Thales DIS sales & marketing forces defining and/or positioning existing or new eSIM products
  • Provide adhoc expert support and/or training to customer, VLA, local Consultants working on Global products

    • We are looking forward to

  • Multiple years of experience in SIM/eSIM Technical Consulting or in a comparable role
  • Good understanding of different access network environments (GSM/UMTS/CDMA/LTE/5G), as well as 3GPP, 3GPP2 and GSMA standards
  • Knowledge of the different RSP/eUICC Standards SGP.02 (M2M), SGP.22 (CE) and even the future SGP.32 (IoT)
  • Ability to hink out of the box in order to be able to serve new IoT eUICC players/customers asking for innovative solutions
  • Fluency in English, German is an advantage
