    A well-established chemical, pharmaceutical, and life sciences company in Düsseldorf is looking to grow its EU operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Managing financial transactions
    • Handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial and asset accounting
    • Preparing monthly VAT returns and other required reports
    • Collaborating with tax auditors, providing information and documentation
    • Compiling weekly and monthly reports for HQ in Japan and annual financial statements as per HGB standards

    Qualifications

    • Completed commercial apprenticeship/studies or equivalent
    • Experience in an Accounting role
    • Proficiency in Japanese, German, and English
    • Knowledge of ERP systems
