- Projektverantwortung und -koordination für Seed Laser Entwicklungsprojekte bis zur Einführung in Produktion und Endkunden.
- Konzeptionelle Planung von Versuchen und Anleitung von Versuchsmitarbeitern
- Experimentelle Durchführung von Versuchen zur Validierung von Spezifikationen und zur Identifikation möglicher technischer Verbesserungen des Seed Lasers
- Planung und Nachverfolgung der Entwicklungsfortschritte anhand von Projektplänen und Meilensteinen entlang des Entwicklungsprozesses sowie die sich daraus ergebende Kommunikation zu den cross-funktionalen Teams
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Promotion im Bereich Physik, Elektrotechnik, Physikalische Technik , Maschinenbau.
- Zusätzliche Berufsausbildung als Werkzeugmacher/ Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbar von Vorteil.
- Erfahrung in der Lasertechnik und Laserentwicklung wünschenswert
- Eigenständiges und selbstverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Flexibilität, Kreativität, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Leistungsbereitschaft
- Sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- fundierte Kenntnisse in Matlab, Excel , Word und Powerpoint
