- Als Senior eDiscovery Projektmanager bist Du für die effektive Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von eDiscovery-Projekten verantwortlich.
- Du bist primärer Ansprechpartner und unterstützt unsere Kunden innerhalb des eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM), unter Verwendung unserer eigenen Softwarelösung - Axcelerate.
- Du koordinierst Datenlieferung und Datenverarbeitung von Kundendaten, in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kollegen aus den Bereichen Forensics Services und den Data-Intake Teams.
- Du bist für die vollumfängliche Umsetzung des Projekts und der einhergehenden Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards verantwortlich.
- Du begleitest den Kunden in den Phasen des Review Managements and Production.
- Du bildest die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und internen Fachbereichen, wie Forensics Services, Managed Review Services oder Sales.
- Du beteiligst Dich in den Bereichen Innovation und Weiterentwicklung durch Aufnahme von Feature Requests und Erstellung von Bug Reports.
- Du bist Mentor und Coach für Teammitglieder aus dem Bereich Project Management.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Mathematik, Ingenieurswesen oder einer verwandten Disziplin.
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Projektmanagement insbesondere in der Leitung von internationalen eDiscovery Projekten - CEDS Zertifizierung vorteilhaft.
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit mindestens einer eDiscovery Software, z.B. Axcelerate, NUIX, Relativity, Brainspace - Du bist versiert im Umgang mit IT in virtualisierten Systemen wie Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Erfahrung in der Verarbeitung von sensiblen Kundendaten und Berücksichtigung von Datenschutzregelungen (GDPR) wünschenswert.
- Teamfähigkeit - Effektive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden, dem Project Manager Team und angrenzenden Bereichen, wie Forensic Services, Data Intake und Managed Review.
- Kommunikation – Transparenz über Projektstatus und Projektfortschritt innerhalb der Projektbeteiligten.
- Akribische Arbeitsweise - Präzise Erfassung von Verarbeitungsschritten im Date Intake-Prozess sowie die Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen - Bewertung von Ausnahmesituationen und fundierte Einschätzung des Projektzustandes zur zielgerichteten Problemlösung.
- Effizientes Zeitmanagement und Priorisierung von Aufgaben - Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und Deadlines anhand effizienter Projektplanung einzuhalten.
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
