- monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics (quality, delivery, cost, responsiveness) to identify improvement areas aligned with organizational goals
- conduct regular performance reviews and assessments of suppliers, providing feedback to drive continuous improvement and foster collaboration
- collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement strategic initiatives enhancing supplier capabilities, optimizing supply chain processes, and mitigating risks
- manage supplier contracts from an operational perspective, ensuring compliance and assisting in resolving contractual disputes
- cultivate strong, positive relationships with key suppliers, acting as the primary point of contact and fostering open communication, trust, and collaboration
- drive a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain, implementing best practices, innovative solutions, and process optimizations to enhance efficiency
- university degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or supplier relationship management, preferably in eCommerce Retail
- proven track record of developing and implementing strategic initiatives to improve supplier performance and optimize supply chain operations
- excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights
- effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
- certification in supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus
