IT Support Engineer location :
Technician should have knowledge of Intune, Auto Pilot, Azure AD and PowerShell. Also, German Speaking is must for this position.
~1-3 years of technical experience in desktop support or system administration roles.
~ Recent hands-on experience with desktop support and system administration
~ Advanced skills in hardware and software troubleshooting
~ Ability to provide comprehensive support for non-standard devices.
~ Proficient in troubleshooting and supporting Windows bit & 64-bit), Office 365, OneDrive, Exchange 2016, and SharePoint Online
~ Experience in troubleshooting and supporting mobile devices, iOS, Air Watch, Mobile Device Management (MDM) Console, and Intune
~ Collaboration with support groups and vendors to deliver seamless customer support.
~ Experience supporting Windows 7 and 10, MS Office 2010/2013/2016/365, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, VOIP, PC/laptop builds, OS configuration, AD administration, hardware repair, and mobile device management (e.g., Microsoft Intune)
~ This role requires a comprehensive skill set encompassing technical expertise, troubleshooting capabilities, and effective communication skills to provide exceptional support to our customers.
