- Design, implementation, and maintenance of a groupwide framework and related capabilities for Crisis Management
- Design, implementation, and maintenance of a groupwide framework for Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
- Planning and execution of training sessions and wargames for Crisis Management
- Preparation and execution of BIA and BCP activities and workshops
- Supporting business functions in execution of BIA and preparation of BCP
- Maintenance of required technology systems such as the Emergency Notification System (ENMS) and other crisis management tools
- A passion for Risk Management and Organisational Resilience with a desire to deliver
- 5+ years of professional experience in the field of BCM, Crisis Management, Risk Management, Information Security Management or similar
- Professional experience in project management preferably involving agile techniques
- Strong knowledge in topic related standards, frameworks, and best practices such as ISO 22301, ISO 22361, etc
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills paired with the ability to influence and drive change across a highly matrix managed organisation
- Analytical mind capable of managing numerous information sources and providing data analysis reports to senior management
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (mandatory), proficiency in German or Polish (desirable).

For our office in Poland or Hamburg we are looking for a Security Manager: Crisis Management and BCM (m/f/d)
The newly created role of the Security Manager Crisis Management and BCM will report to the Group Chief Information Security Officer and collaborate closely with the IT-Security Team. The role holder will be responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of capabilities in Crisis Management and Business Continuity Management across the group. Hence despite an organisational placement in the Technology Function you will be required to work closely with our various business functions.
We are seeking for a candidate who has a verifiable track record of designing and maintaining pragmatic BCM and Crisis Management capabilities paired with good communication and collaboration skills.
